Two truck drivers miraculously survived without major injuries after a serious collision that caused major vehicular damage in Madera County, California, last week.
The crash occurred on March 14 on on westbound SR-152, west of SR-99.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), “A 31-year-old male was driving a red 2019 Kenworth, westbound on SR-152 and did not noticed a 2020 Volvo with a box trailer, slowing down ahead of him. The Kenworth collided with the left rear of the Volvo’s trailer. The violent impact caused the cab to be separated from the chassis. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts and did not sustain any injuries.”
“One second of distraction can change everything. Don’t drive tired, distracted, or unfocused. Keep your eyes on the road, hands on the wheel, and mind on driving,” troopers said.
