A trucking crew captured a tractor trailer making a near-impossible right-hand turn while hauling a massive, oversize wind turbine blade.

The haul took place on Wednesday, September 27th.

The 189-foot turbine blade was being hauled by McFayden’s Transport in Bun Loyne, Scotland.

The company and truck driver made several test runs turning onto the bridge, before attempting to make the 90-degree turn while fully loaded.

The trailer’s height had to be adjusted in order for it to clear the bridge railings.

The team used a remote-control rear axle to move the trailer independently of the tractor, and guide it onto the bridge.

The skilled trucking crew successfully delivered the blade to its destination, the Stonelairg Wind Farm in the Scottish Highlands.
