A woman fleeing police was found stuck in the undercarriage of a parked semi truck after attempting to hide there on Tuesday.
The incident happened on June 5th in St. Petersburg, Florida.
According to Fox 13 News, police were called to the intersection of Gandy and San Martin boulevard after being notified that 33-year-old Nanci Crandall, a woman with active felony warrants, was in the area.
When police arrived, Crandall began to flee on foot, and the officers pursued her with a K9 unit.
Eventually, the K9 unit and other officers discovered Crandall wedged beneath the undercarriage of a semi truck, where she had become trapped between the frame of the truck and the axle.
Firefighters had to be called to assist in freeing Crandall from beneath the truck and as soon as she was freed, she was arrested on two fraud warrants, as well as obstruction.
It is not known whether the trucker driving the big rig was around for the bizarre situation.
