For the second time in two days, a trucker has been shot and robbed in Cleveland, Ohio.

It happened on Thursday, August 24th at approximately 4:13 a.m.

According to News 5 Cleveland, the truck driver was inside of his stopped truck at E. 79th and Finney Avenue when a man approached his truck, broke the window on the passenger side, and tried to rob him.

The truck driver was then shot by the man through the passenger side window.

The 66-year-old trucker was then taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

This comes just one day after a trucker was shot and robbed outside of Gateway Warehouses on Perkins Avenue, less than 6 miles away.
