Cans of Axe body spray exploded in the back of a semi truck early Friday morning after the big rig caught fire on the side of the road.

The incident occurred on August 31st at around 3:39 a.m. in Belton, Texas.

According to KCEN TV News, the semi truck was hauling Axe body spray north along Interstate 35 near East Central Avenue when the engine caught fire. The trucker then pulled over and was able to escape the burning rig without any injuries, but the fire soon spread to the trailer, causing the pressurized Axe spray cans to explode in the heat.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but the inferno backed up traffic along I-35 for several hours Friday morning.

The traffic and wreckage has since been cleared.
