An amazing clip of a military helicopter stopping on a local road to ask a truck driver for directions in Aktobe, Kazahkstan, has hit the net.
According to reports, the chopper was performing a training drill and the pilot lost his way during white-out conditions. So he decided to do the most logicial thing: land on a road and ask a trucker for directions.
In the clip, the pilot can be seen shaking the driver’s hand and thanking him for help before running back to the helicopter and leaving the scene.
“The crew made a training landing on a highway specified the location of nearby settlements, took off and completed the task. Currently, the helicopter is on the airfield,” said an official from the Kazahkstan Ministry of defense.
