A semi truck caught fire and exploded along Interstate 43 on Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred at around 10:30 a.m. on April 24th on Interstate 43/94 southbound at Chase Avenue.
According to WTMJ Milwaukee News, officials were forced to shut down the two right lanes of the southbound highway at Chase Avenue for approximately an hour and a half as crews worked to fight the fire and clear the wreckage.
The cause of the serious fire is still under investigation, and the condition of the truck driver is not yet known.
