Firefighters responded to a tractor trailer that crashed off I-44 in Missouri that resulted in an oil leak and a cargo spill.
The Doolittle Rural Fire Protection District responded to the crash on Sunday night on westbound I-44 at mile marker 172.
Images shared by firefighters show that a truck left the interstate and crashed down an embankment between two bridges.

The trailer broke open during the crash and partially spilled the truck’s cargo of boxes of tofu.

Firefighters said that the crash also resulted in an active oil spill, with oil leaking into a nearby waterway.
It isn’t clear whether anyone was injured in the crash.
