Louisiana cops need help identifying CMV requiring URGENT repair

The Lake Charles Police Department (LCPD) put out a call for public help in location a commercial vehicle that was spotted over the weekend in need of “urgent repair.”

Police said that they need information on a commercial truck that was traveling westbound on I-10 in Lake Charles, Louisiana, around 6:20 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, March 22, 2026.

LCPD shared photos of the vehicle to help with identification.

“The tractor-trailer has significant wheel/ equipment loss, requiring urgent repair,” LCPD said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Sergeant Scott Dougherty with the Lake Charles Police Traffic Division at 337-491-1456 ext. 5427.
