A truck driver captured footage of a dump truck driver plowing into a line of stopped cars on a highway in Minnesota recently.
The crash happened on September 6th on Highway 13 near the Savage/Burnsville, Minnesota border.
The Minnesota State Patrol says that the line of vehicles were stopped at a red light just before the Washburn Avenue intersection when the dump truck driver crashes into the back of the stopped cars, pinning one against the back of another semi truck.
The drivers of the two SUVs were transported to the hospital with broken bones, but are expected to make a full recovery.
The dump truck driver was cited for failure to use due care.
