Earlier this week, a group of vegan activists formed a human barrier in order to prevent a truck driver from delivering a load of live chickens in Ontario, Canada.
The video was shot by one of the protesters and posted to the Veganism YouTube channel Michael Lanfield Raw Vegan Fruitarian, who claims the driver “assaulted” the protesters by trying to drive past them.
According to the video’s description, one of the protesters suffered minor injuries during the incident. The description also states the police eventually issued a ticket to the driver, however we were not able to verify their claim.
