A 48-year-old truck driver was parked on the side of the road in Orange County, Florida, when he asked two men for assistance. The men did not help him but rather rob and shoot the trucker.
It all happened on the side of Redditt Road where the trucker parked to try and fix his trailer on April 28th.
After the two men robbed and shot the driver they fled towards the Mai Tai Mobile Home Park, a gated community, report Orange County deputies.
The truck driver was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center and was reported to be in stable condition. Police are still on the search for the two armed men. Their only lead is they were wearing dark hoodies and blue jeans.
