A truck driver hauling a load of gravel lost control of his rig as approached the Spaulding Turnpike Toll Plaza in Dover, New Hampshire and plowed through an unmanned toll booth last Wednesday.
The driver of the truck, as well the driver of a car that was struck by the rig after it crashed, were both taken to a nearby hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The reason that the driver lost control is currently unknown and is under investigation, however some unconfirmed sources have reported that he may have suffered a stroke.
