A South Carolina man has recently been indicted for submitting false information on a commercial driver application.

Truck driver Arnold Williams was involved in a 2013 wreck which resulted in the death of one woman and injured three others.  He was intoxicated during the crash.

In 2014, Williams was hired by a small local trucking company, MRT inc, omitting the previous crash from his application.

After an investigation, The Office of the Inspector General uncovered William’s previous record and he now faces unspecified charges for not disclosing the prior driving related incident.
