The Hillary For Ohio YouTube page recently posted this new campaign ad.
The ad follows truck driver Stan H., who describes competing as an owner-operator against the large mega-carriers. He states that his ultimate goal is to start a truck stop.
In the clip, Stan says that a Hillary presidency would help “make sure the little man gets the finances to jump start his business.”
Historically, however, the trucking industry has generally leaned Republican in past elections. A poll conducted by shipping firm U-Ship found that truckers supported Trump over Clinton by a 6 to 1 margin.
