Truck driver Mike Shoesmith recently shared a video, showing a trooper scolding him after an unwarranted traffic stop — and completely changing his tune after he finds out a dash cam was running.

The officer initially stops the driver and accuses him of passing a red light, then lays into him with insults and allegations.
Driver Mike Shoesmith remains calm throughout the entire incident — then at the 5:44 mark everything changes.
After revealing that the entire incident was caught on video, the officer immediately changes his tone and apologies.
“You know what, you’re right — I am being a jerk today,” he says.
The trooper even thanks the driver for calling him out, and explains that he was having a bad day.
The encounter ends with the officer apologizing several times and no citations beign issued.
