A 27-year-old man is dead after running onto a busy interstate in West Chester Township, Ohio, and jumping under multiple trucks.
According to witnesses, the man, who has been identified as Timothy A. Tzerianakas, ran onto Interstate 75 wearing nothing but camouflage shorts and attempted to dive under a commercial box truck. The truck was able to avoid striking the man, and he continued on foot down the interstate.
“I just had a gentleman try to dive under my truck … (he’s) running southbound (I-75) off the exit ramp,” truck driver Anthony Baker told a 911 operator.
According to the Journal-News, he then dove under the rear axle of a second truck and was fatally struck.
Tzerianakas was was pronounced dead from “multiple traumatic injuries.” No one else was injured.
