Three people were injured after their car collided with a semi truck parked on the shoulder of an Utah interstate.
The crash occurred at 8:20 p.m. on August 11, 2025, in the Wendover, Utah, area.
According to the Wendover Fire Department (WFD), a car traveling west on I-80 at mile marker 25 struck the rear of a semi truck parked on the shoulder of the interstate.
“The vehicle sustained major damage as a result of the impact,” WFD said.
All three people in the car were treated at the scene for injuries sustained in the crash.
No injuries to the truck driver were reported.
The “circumstances surrounding the incident” are under investigation by the Utah Highway Patrol.
