After hitting a bus, the truck crashed into Discount Seafood on West Beaver St.
The driver said he was distracted by the wasp that entered his truck.
The damage to the storefront is estimated at $40,000; apartments above the store were also damaged.
The driver was ticketed for careless driving as a result.
Five people also suffered minor injuries, but are expected to make a full recovery. The building, however, will need to be torn down as it was deemed structurally unstable after the incident.
