Car hauler and passenger vehicle nearly collide in quick lane merge. Who was in the wrong?

A driver uploaded this video to YouTube showing a car hauler merging into her lane after they both entered the highway. The on-ramp immediately turned into an exit only lane, forcing him to make the quick merge.

The car driver recorded the truck’s DOT number and a passenger in her vehicle even suggested calling 911.

Online comments, however, were mixed; some put blame on the trucker, while others say the car driver sped up while the truck was already changing lanes. What do you think — who was most at fault in this potentially dangerous situation? Let us know your thoughts below.
