A California man was killed after driving into the back of a tractor trailer on Saturday morning.
It happened around 3 a.m. o the 2500 block of Palm Avenue in San Diego.
According to 10news.com, the truck was legally parked, and the driver was not inside the rig at the time of the crash.
The driver of the 2003 Acura was a 35-year-old man from San Diego. He died at the scene.
Based on an initial investigation, it appears that the car driver initially hit the curb while traveling westbound, then continued up the road until it crashed into the trailer. Police say the driver he may have been fatigued or intoxicated.
