The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to a crash involving a truck hauling propane cylinders on Monday.
The crash occurred on the evening of November 17 at State Route 165 and State Route 140 in Merced, California.
KSEE reports that the truck hauling propane was involved in a collision with a second commercial vehicle.
Troopers said that the crash “caused the cab to fully separate from the body and propane cylinders spilled across the area.”

Only minor injuries were reported.
“Intersections and four way stops demand everyone’s full attention. Slow down, look twice, and make sure cross traffic is clear before entering an intersection. Small decisions behind the wheel have a big impact on safety,” CHP said.
