In my driving days, I used up any off time to spend with the family and it didn’t leave much time for hobbies.
Now that I’m retired and have more time for myself, I enjoy spending a good afternoon fishing on my small motor boat. When I stumbled upon this I was blown away.
At first I thought it could be a James Bond type of vehicle, expecting the driver to back up into the water and see the front of the truck float like a boat and go about his merry day. The paint lines in this rig are so good that you don’t see it’s really two different vehicles. As I was waiting for the magic to happen, all of a sudden the boat breaks loose from the mother ship as they say.
Love the way they took a mid 80’s vehicle, easy to work on and still very popular to get parts for and made something that really gets your attention. An awesome idea, that took a load of creativity but only a modest budget.
Nice job, makes me want to start thinking about a project like this for myself. I guess you can call this best-of-boat worlds.
