Accident Involving Semi Truck And Pickup Snarls Traffic On Interstate 41

A crash between a tractor trailer and pickup truck snarled traffic on Interstate 41/US 45 in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, on Sunday afternoon. It happened around around noon, on the southbound lanes.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation reported that two right lanes of I-41/US 45 southbound at Swan Blvd have been closed because of the accident.

The Wauwatosa Fire Department shared these photos of the crash.

The closure of the right lanes has led to major traffic backups.

Amazingly, no one was injured in the crash.

The cause of the crash is not currently known, and is under investigation.
