Now boys will be boys, but at times things can get out of hand as can be seen in this case of five young kids joyriding in a stolen vehicle.
According to the police reports, the oldest of the car thieves was only 16 years old, and the youngest around 12. It was the 12 year old that caused this wreck.
Now when a speeding four-wheeler collides with a tanker in the middle of an intersection, there aren’t that many good possible outcomes. What happens next however, is nothing short of a miracle. Or extreme skill.
After the collision, the back tanker goes into a complete 90 degree jackknife. You never see the front tanker move since the driver skillfully shakes off the collision like it was nothing and then proceeds to bring the whole rig to a safe stop.
You have to give the driver of the truck much credit with how he was able to keep this rig under control. Either many years experience or just sheer luck kept this from becoming a very serious accident. This driver could give the best skid school trainer a run for his money.
