A truck driver recently saw a police cruiser speeding on a wet highway, while on his cellphone. He decided to take the law in his own hands, and flag down the officer by honking his horn until they both pulled over on the shoulder.
What happened next was something you don’t see too often. The driver reprimands the officer for his unsafe driving, all caught on camera.
