Two drivers survived a semi crash that obliterated the cab of one of the rigs in Wisconsin on Thursday.

The accident happened on Thursday, August 9th at around 2:30 a.m. in Black River Falls, Wisconsin.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, a semi truck was traveling east on Interstate 94 when it struck another tractor trailer parked on the side of the road near exit 115, completely destroying the cab of the first rig and ripping open the parked rig’s trailer, spilling its load of noodles alongside the roadway.

The driver of the parked rig was taken to a local hospital while the driver of the first semi truck was flown to La Crosse hospital. Their current health conditions are not known, reported News 8000.

Traffic was backed up for more than 10 hours as crews worked to clear the wreckage from the scene and as of Friday, the incident was still under investigation.
