Emergency crews discovered the charred body of a truck driver after extinguishing a large fire caused by a tractor trailer that had gone off the road.
It happened on Friday, August 11th at approximately 3 a.m. on Interstate 70 in Frederick, Maryland.
According to ABC 2 News, troopers responded to a call regarding a tractor trailer gone off the road on I-70 near Mount Tabor Road.
When they arrived they found a burning tractor trailer in the woods on the side of the road. Fire fighters were able to extinguish the semi truck as well as the trees surrounding it.

After the fire had been put out, officials discovered the body of 51-year-old Lionel Lee Moses inside the burned cab.
An investigation is currently underway to determine why the truck left the road.
