
A trucker was found dead in a hotel parking lot Tuesday after being shot and robbed of his rig.
It happened on June 20th, in Stafford, Texas at 11206 Airport Boulevard.
According to WBRZ, Stafford police were called to an America’s Best Value Inn parking lot after reports of gunfire and a man on the ground.
Upon the arrival of the officers, the body of 47-year-old Spencer Brown Jr. of Zachary, Louisiana was discovered in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.
His tractor trailer was nowhere to be seen.
The semi truck, a 2007 Peterbilt, is thought to have been stolen, along with the Cottrell car hauler trailer attached to the back.

The stolen truck is described as blue and mauve and has a Florida license plate reading F8947U. The car hauler trailer has a Louisiana license plate reading L368776.
