A trailer hauling human waste overturned in West Penn Township, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday morning, after disconnecting from the truck that was hauling it, leaving a smelly mess in the front yard of a one resident’s home.
The homeowner, Michele Conley, says she was shocked when she woke up and saw the mess. Conley says police told her how it happened, “The trailer flipped over. It broke free from the fifth wheel, which is what connects it to the truck, snapped off and just kind of slid down the road”.
She snapped the following photo, showing the overturned trailer on her property.

According to WNEP, the load of human waste was headed to a treatment plant, where it would be turned into manure.
The truck also knocked down a power line and destroyed a mailbox. It took a crew of 10 people to clean up the spilled waste.
Thankfully, no one was injured in the crash.
