Filming of the movie Transformers 4 has begun with an all new upgraded vehicle lineup.
Formerly portrayed as a Peterbilt, the lead character Optimus Prime is now a custom Western Star Truck. The leading protagonist appears to be a brand new 2014 grey and black Argosy cab-over truck by Freightliner.
A recent behind the scenes footage has surfaced featuring the new Western Star Optimus Prime driving through a barrage of explosions. It was taken on M-52 south of Adrian, Michigan, and you can watch it below.
