A witnesses captured the dramatic footage of a tractor trailer getting torn apart by a moving freight train on Thursday morning.
It happened on August 10th in Locust Grove, Georgia just before noon.
According to Channel 2 Action News, the semi truck got stuck on the train tracks at Highway 42 and Bowden Road as the train was approaching the crossing.
The train then struck the side of the semi truck, tearing open the trailer and spilling its load of candy into the nearby grass.
No injuries were reported in the incident.

“I wish the truck drivers would read the signs,” said local Maryann Morfoot, about the ‘low ground clearance’ signs at the crossing.
“Our fear is always that something on a train would be dangerous, and there’s no way for us to get out. Luckily, this time it was just candy. I’m glad it was just candy,” Morfoot added.
