The back of a tanker truck hung off the side of a bridge on Interstate 10 in Louisiana on Wednesday morning.

The accident happened on February 7th at approximately 6:00 a.m. in Baton Rogue, Louisiana.

According to WAFB, the tanker truck crashed into the side of the Horace Wilkinson Bridge along Interstate 10 west for unknown reasons, leaving the back half of the semi truck hanging off the bridge.

I-10 west was closed at the bridge for approximately two hours as crews used a crane to return the big rig back to the roadway. The bridge was reopened around 9:15 a.m.

No injuries were sustained in the crash, and the exact cause of the incident is still under investigation.
