A truck driver was able to escape without serious injury after striking a low overpass on Monday.
The accident happened on January 29th at approximately 1:30 a.m. in Boston, Massachusetts.
According to Fox 25 Boston, the 18 wheeler was hauling frozen produce along Storrow Drive when the driver apparently failed to notice the posted sign stating the 11 foot clearance and struck the Cambridge Street bridge. The force of the impact crushed the top of the cab and flipped the trailer, leaving the rig blocking a portion of Storrow Drive.
