
Police are investigating after a tractor trailer partially rolled off an embankment, stopping short of a busy highway on Monday afternoon.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:00 p.m. on November 6th off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Upper Merion Township, Pennsylvania.
According to 6 ABC, the tractor trailer was parked in the rest stop began to roll forward, traveling down an embankment before stopping short of the eastbound lanes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
The truck driver has not been identified.
Police are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
Traffic conditions on the Pennsylvania Turnpike have not been affected.
