A wild dash cam video posted by a police officer in Kentucky has gone viral in the last 24 hours.
The 22 second clip, which takes place in Kenton County, Kentucky, shows a large deer running into the path of the police cruiser at a high rate of speed, leading to a direct collision.
The deer is launched into the air and does several flips, before landing on its side. After brushing off the crash, the deer scurries off into the woods.
According to the Kenton County Police Department’s Facebook post, the police officer was not injured, but his vehicle suffered some damage.
The video was viewed by 1.7 million people and shared over 40,000 times in less than 24 hours.
