A tractor trailer struck an overpass column on Interstate 30, causing its trailer to rip open and spill a load of frozen pizzas across the interstate.

It happened on Wednesday, August 9th, on I-30 near the Chicot Road exit at approximately 1 p.m. in Little Rock, Arkansas.

According to THV 11, the tractor trailer was traveling west on I-30 when it struck the Mabelvale overpass structure, ripping open the trailer and leaving a mess of frozen pizzas scattered across the highway.

No injuries were reported in the accident.

I-30 westbound was completely closed as the Arkansas Department of Transportation used front loaders to scrape the pizzas off of the pavement. High powered hoses were also used to remove the remaining pizza.

The highway fully reopened around 5:30 p.m., after the truck had been removed and the pizza cleared from the highway.

Local news station THV11 captured the following footage at the scene.
