This guy needs money and he is desperate. A South Korean man haphazardly flings himself at an unsuspecting car in an attempted insurance scam.
As if that wasn’t enough to make you go “what the heck?”, he bashes his head, repeatedly, on the windshield to make the scam “believable”.
The man’s attempted scam was bound to fail anyway, since most drivers in South Korea have a dash cam installed to fight against this type of event.
