
A man involved in the recent murder of truck driver James Womack was arrested by Omaha police over the weekend.
Just last week on Monday, September 18th, 32-year-old truck driver James Womack was shot to death at 60th and L Street in Omaha, Nebraska in an apparent road rage altercation.
Since then, officers have been searching for the culprit.

Now, Omaha police have made one arrest in connection with the murder.
According to WOWT, 24-year-old Michael Benson was taken into custody by the Omaha police on Saturday, September 23rd, the same day as Womack’s funeral. He was booked into the Douglas County Jail.
Benson faces charges of accessory to a felony and is currently being held on $1 million bond.

The details of Benson’s involvement in the shooting have not been released, but police are still searching for the actual shooter, reported the Omaha World-Herald.
Womack was a husband, father, truck driver, and served 3 tours of duty in Iraq.
