A stretch of Interstate 75 was shut down on Monday morning after a truck hauling logs lost control and overturned, spilling its load onto the highway.
It happened around 10 a.m. on the northbound lanes Interstate 75 in Pasco County, Florida.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the semi truck was traveling northbound, near mile marker 285, when the load of logs shifted, causing the driver to lose control of the rig.
The tractor trailer then rolled onto its side and hit the concrete barrier.
The truck came to a stop facing west in the inside lane and shoulder of I-75, strewing logs across the highway.
The northbound lanes were closed until approximately 12:40 p.m.
The name or condition of the driver have not yet been released.
