A man who bears a striking resemblance to ‘The Joker’ was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly pointing a loaded gun at passing traffic.
It happened on the evening of Tuesday, March 26th, in Miami, Florida.
Police were called when locals reported that a man with green hair and face tattoos was pointing a gun at passing vehicles.
Officers found the man, 29-year-old Lawrence Patrick Sullivan, walking outside of the nearby Hammocks Place Apartments in West Kendall.
Sullivan told officers he had a gun on him before the Smith & Wesson .380 was found in his pockets. He was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon.
He reportedly told officers “I don’t have a permit ’cause it’s expensive.”

According to CBS News, Sullivan works as a ‘tattoo model’ and lives at home with his parents. His mother, Roxanna Sullivan, told reporters that “He’s a good kid.”
“You know. He has a lot of tattoos. But he’s a nice kid with some problems. He is mentally disabled and is handicapped.”
Sullivan’s antics continued in the court room, when he declined the state assigned public defender saying that he did not “feel like signing the paperwork.”
“I am not in the mood for that,” he continued.
Sullivan was put in jail, and held on a $5000 bond. He sister bonded him out the following day.
