When trucker Trent McCain from Kansas is put up to a challenge, he doesn’t back down.
So when his little girl, 9-year-old Josleyn, asked her daddy for a favor, he accepted without hesitation.
And what did his little daughter have in store for him?
She needed someone to babysit her doll named Abbie. So that’s just what he did.
Although her daddy still had to work that day, he didn’t mind having a little company on the open road.
Trucker McCain said:
“Why not have fun with it?”
He decided to play along as Joselyn sent over instructions for her doll’s caretaking.
He furthered:
“We thought it would be fun to show Joselyn that we were doing our job and babysitting Abbie.”
His daughter was able to witness her dolly’s special day and partake in Abbie’s trucking adventure.
According to NY Daily News, this dedicated dad produced numerous images of Abbie as the doll learned what it takes to be a real trucker.
Abbie poses for a photo near the truck’s cab.

In one image, Abbie is propped inside the cab with her seat-belt fastened for safety.
Lunch was served: a Coke and Slim Jim.
The trucker captioned the photo:
“Joselyn didn’t appreciate our choice, but I informed her that Abbie ate what I ate, and didn’t complain. Hopefully she took note of this.”
Joselyn’s grandfather took a turn babysitting the dolly.
McCain explained that:
“He thinks the world of his granddaughter.”
After the trucker posted the images from their adventure on social media, he re-posted them on his company’s Facebook page for everyone to enjoy.
They have already received over 200,000 reactions and close to 90,000 shares.
