A truck driver was arrested in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for trying to sell his company’s truck and 53-foot trailer for $15,000.
The trucker was Atlanta native Raymond Moore. He was suppose to make a delivery from Chicago to Los Angeles but that delivery never made it.
Instead, he opted to try and sell the truck at a Tulsa Flying J. He managed to sell the truck’s new tires but couldn’t sell the truck itself as witnesses became suspicious and reported it to the police.
Other truckers knew something like this would fail from the start because every truck has a tracking device implemented in them.
“I think he’s crazy,” one trucker told Fox23, “and I think the person that did probably has a loose screw.”
Moore is currently in Tulsa jail and has active warrants in both Georgia and Pennsylvania.
