This beast makes your normal dump truck look like a kiddie hot wheels.

It’s the Belaz 75710. The 7510 is now the largest truck on the planet, surpassing the the Liebherr T-284 and the Cat 797F.

With a payload capacity of 496 tons, it surpasses the former record holders by more than 25% . That’s the weight of roughly six 1500 square foot homes.

Powering the 75710 is 2 diesel engines with a total of 4600 horsepower. The cost? Roughly $4 million dollars.

The truck consumes roughly 580 liters of diesel fuel per hour. However, in order to maximize fuel efficiency only 1 engine is active when empty. When it’s carrying a load both engines are working.
