Anyone that’s stepped inside the cab of a big rig knows that almost everything you thought you knew about the road changes. Blind spots are larger, turns are wider, and braking is slower.
With several unfortunate high profile accidents involving big rigs hitting the news recently, it’s important that the general public understand how these rigs operate, and what they can do the make the roadways a safer place for all.
After all, the men and woman driving trucks for a living aren’t just truck drivers; they’re fathers, mothers, daughters and son, that want to get home safely to their loved ones as well. They just have the added responsibility of making sure everything you buy at the stores get’s there on time, in one-piece.
