Chris Fiffie of Bigrigvideos.com recently caught up with Lou DeBeradinis, and got a glimpse of his custom 1929 Mack AK dump truck.
When DeBerardinis first got a hold of the truck, it was horribly abused, and took 10 years to fully restore. Now restored to it’s original glory, it can cruise down the road at speeds up to 40 miles-per-hour.
The truck also has several customizations in order to adjust to the paved roads of today, since it was originally meant to be used on unpaved dirt roads of the era.
This bad boy is truly a work of art and a good look back at what trucking was like in the early days.
