
An apartment lobby in Portland, Oregon, was covered in grain after a semi truck crashed into the building on Tuesday afternoon
A surveillance camera in the lobby captured the moment of impact. The footage shows a man who was watching television in the lobby get thrown to the ground when a sudden blast of grain comes flying into the room.
The intersection outside the building, Southwest 13th Avenue and Market Street, was closed for several hours during the cleanup. It took several hours to suck the grain out of the building.
The driver of the grain truck was not injured. It’s unclear what caused the truck to overturn. Watch the surveillance footage in the clip below.
