An Oregon man captured a collision between a tractor trailer and a box truck on an icy Interstate 84 in Portland this week.
The video, uploaded by Facebook user Gene McKinley on Tuesday, shows a white box truck sliding sideways until it completely blocks the highway. An oncoming Knight Transportation truck then slams into the box truck when it’s unable to stop on the icy road.
A third truck was able to narrowly avoid the two trucks, preventing a pileup from occurring.
Wrong day to go to work in Portland! I got off the freeway and went back home,” McKinley wrote in the post.
