The Utah Department of Transportation has prohibited semi trucks from traveling in Interstate 80 in Tooele County, after a truck overturned due to high winds on Tuesday.
According to KUTV, the semi overturned on the eastbound lanes of I-80, around mile marker 80.
UDOT says semi trucks will be banned from traveling on the stretch of highway until further notice. They posted the following tweet on their official Twitter account.

In addition, the strong winds also snapped several power lines in the area, leading to the partial evacuation of an elementary school in Tooele county, as well as the closure of several local roads.
