
A major storm passed across Eastern Nebraska today with multiple tornadoes devastating Pilger, Nebraska, 75 miles from Omaha. Multiple injuries have been reported in Pilger and Stanton, and severe property damage has occurred.
Stanton County Commissioner Jerry Weatherholt described the scene in Pilger: “It looks like a war zone. It absolutely looks like a war zone.”
As of 5 PM the storms are holding strong, and is expected to move north east over the next several hours. If your on the road near Nebraska, avoid the area by all means necessary.
